Tragic Collision Near Washington, D.C.: Mourning the Loss from the Onegodian Spiritual Community and Beyond

We are deeply saddened by the tragic collision between the American Airlines passenger jet and the Army Black Hawk helicopter near Washington, D.C. Our hearts go out to all those affected by this devastating event.

The collision resulted in the loss of 67 lives, including 60 passengers and four crew members aboard the plane, as well as three soldiers in the helicopter.

Among the victims were esteemed figure skaters, coaches, and family members returning from a development camp following the U.S. Figure Skating Championships.

As we await further details from the ongoing investigation, our thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of the victims.

May the memories of those lost be cherished, and may their souls rest in peace.

With deepest sympathy,

Gregory and Onegodian
