Official Notice: What Authorities Need to Know About the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™

Purpose of This Notice: To inform and clarify for federal, state, local governmental agencies, law enforcement, educational institutions, financial institutions, and other authoritative bodies, the official status, sovereign rights, and legal legitimacy of the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™ (INO).

Legal Standing: The Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™ is officially registered as a Voluntary Religious Society under Connecticut General Statute §33-264a. The original Certificate of Formation was filed and recognized by the Connecticut Secretary of State on October 6, 2017. INO is legally and spiritually sovereign, exercising self-determination, cultural preservation, religious freedom, and indigenous governance.

Authority of the Chief: One Gregory Onegodian™, previously known legally as Gregory Lamar Jones, serves as the lawful Chief and Sovereign Architect of INO. His role is legally affirmed and spiritually mandated under the founding documents and the Onegodian Constitution, recognized under United States and Connecticut law.

Sovereign Land Claims & Jurisdiction: The Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™ maintains active legal land claims, notably Genesis Road in Waterbury, Connecticut. These claims are registered via UCC-1 filings with the Secretary of the State of Connecticut, providing legal notice of spiritual and sovereign jurisdiction, protected and recognized under state and federal law.

Recognition of Members: All members of INO have voluntarily signed and agreed to abide by the Onegodian Constitution, thereby aligning themselves with the rights, responsibilities, and protections provided by INO. These rights include spiritual autonomy, cultural expression, and sovereign recognition.

Intellectual Property Protection: The term “ONEGODIAN” is the intellectual property of One Gregory Onegodian™, protected by U.S. Copyright Registration (Registration Number: TXu 1-845-540, effective January 5, 2013). Any unauthorized use of this name constitutes infringement and will be subject to legal action.

Compliance and Cooperation: Authorities and official entities are expected to recognize and respect the legitimacy of INO-issued documents, identification, declarations, and assertions of sovereign rights. INO seeks cooperative and mutually respectful relationships with external authorities and institutions.
