I used to go to his old workplace all the time because his pizza was exactly how I liked it. Every visit, I made sure to let him know—I come here for your pizza. But one day, I walked in and saw something that didn’t sit right with me. The owner was talking down to him, treating him like he was disposable.

I pulled Paco aside and told him straight up:
“Bro, I come here for the pizza you make. You don’t have to deal with that. Start your own pizza shop, and I’ll support you.”

It was a moment of truth—one of those times when someone just needs a push, a reminder that they are the value.

And Paco took that to heart. He made the bold move, left that job, and started his own pizza shop. Now, Fratelli’s is thriving, and he’s running things on his terms.
