Volunteering is a voluntary service and participation pathway. It does not create employment, wages, ownership, agency authority, guaranteed placement, legal partnership, or paid contractor status unless separately agreed in writing. Some opportunities may later become paid roles, internships, freelance projects, or contractor opportunities depending on funding, need, and agreement.
