3. Creekside Retreat Pad – $425/month

4. Choose Your Agreement Type:
   • Month-to-Month Rental – No long-term commitment required.
   • Custom Lease – 6- or 12-month agreements available at the same monthly rate.
   • Subject-To Deal – If you’re selling or relocating your trailer, we can take on storage or mortgage payments in exchange for placement (inquire for details).

5. Sign Simple, Transparent Terms:
   All agreements follow our Indigenous governance model, ensuring clarity, respect, and cultural alignment.

6. Move In & Connect:
   Once your trailer is in place, you’ll receive a welcome packet, site map, and an invitation to seasonal land-care workshops and ceremonies.
