🛖 What We’re Offering
We’re opening up a few select spots for mobile home placement as part of our land‐use initiative. This isn’t a typical trailer park or commercial lot – it’s Indigenous land, managed with care and intention, offering you:
-
Sovereign Jurisdiction & Cultural Respect
• Your placement comes under the direct stewardship of the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™, ensuring that all land use follows our traditional principles of ongoing care, reciprocity, and harmony with the environment.
• We honor the historic significance of this territory (Rippowam/Siwanog), and your presence here supports our mission to restore Indigenous land practices. -
Peace of Mind & Privacy
• Fenced, Gated Access: Only residents and approved guests can enter Genesis Road™, so you never have to worry about unauthorized traffic or strangers wandering onto your property.
• Limited Occupancy: We will never overcrowd the site—only a handful of trailers are accepted at any time, so you can be assured a quiet, uncrowded experience. -
Direct Connection to Nature
• Wooded & Secluded Setting: Each placement spot is nestled among mature trees, with pathways to nearby trails where you can walk, bird-watch, or simply sit under the canopy.
• Beaver Pond Brook: A gentle stream runs adjacent to the property, providing both a soothing soundtrack and a small habitat that we protect through our environmental stewardship efforts.
• Night Skies & Star Gazing: With minimal artificial lighting on Genesis Road™, you can experience clear, star-filled skies—perfect for meditation or simply enjoying the cosmos. -
Essential Utilities & Future Infrastructure
• Water Access: We have a communal potable water tap on the property. Residents can hook up a hose to fill tanks or use for basic outdoor needs.
• Electric Access: We provide 20‐amp/30‐amp hookups for each pad. (Residents supply their own extension cords or surge protectors.)
• Septic/Propane Options: While individual septic systems are not yet installed, propane refills and chemical toilet disposal services are available nearby; we’re exploring future options for a communal composting or septic solution.
• Internet & Communications: Cellular coverage on Genesis Road™ is strong. If you need reliable broadband, there is a shared satellite/hotspot service we can coordinate at cost. -
Flexible Agreements
• Month-to-Month Rentals: Ideal for retirees, seasonal travelers, and those who want to try out life on Indigenous land without a long‐term commitment.
• Custom Leases: We also offer six-month or yearly agreements for those seeking stability. Contracts are simple, transparent, and honor Indigenous land-use values.
• Work-Trade & Volunteer Credit: Residents who help with land care, road maintenance, or community events can earn a discount on their monthly fees. -
Community & Cultural Enrichment
• Invitation to Ceremonies & Gatherings: You are always welcome to join our seasonal ceremonies (e.g., planting, harvest, and remembrance days). While participation is optional, it’s a chance to deepen your understanding of Indigenous stewardship.
• Educational Workshops: Periodic workshops on topics like native plant identification, sustainable foraging, and traditional land‐care practices are offered at no extra cost.
• Shared Resources: We maintain a communal tool shed stocked with rakes, shovels, and chainsaws for residents’ use—making yard work, firewood gathering, and small repairs easier.
By choosing Genesis Road™, you’re not simply parking a trailer—you’re joining a land-care movement, living in harmony with nature and supporting Indigenous sovereignty. This is more than a place to stay; it’s an opportunity to become part of a community that values peace, privacy, and purposeful land stewardship.
