💙 What Is a Weekly Wellness Visit?

A dedicated One Companion caregiver visits once a week to provide light support, emotional connection, and wellness oversight—all in about 60 to 90 minutes.

Perfect for seniors who live alone, adult children who live far away, or families who just want peace of mind in between appointments.

✅ Friendly Conversation & Emotional Check-In
– We listen, uplift, and connect

✅ Light Help Around the Home
– Dishes, laundry, light tidying, trash out

✅ Meal or Hydration Support
– Light meal prep or snack setup
– Water check & nutrition encouragement

✅ Medication Reminders & Refill Notes
– We check for any missed doses and gently prompt

✅ Wellness Observation
– Is their mood okay? Food in the fridge? Mail collected? Are they steady on their feet?
– You get a brief text or update after every visit

✅ Errand Help (Optional)
– We can grab groceries or run a light errand during the visit
