Role Overview:
Manages the company website, online profiles (Care.com, Google Business, etc.), booking tools, social media, and digital security. Ensures that One Companion & Homemakers stays connected, visible, and easy for families to find and contact.

Key Duties:

• Update website content, photos, and service pages
• Monitor online inquiries and form submissions
• Maintain Google Business Profile and map listings
• Support tech tools (e.g., Stripe, Calendly, WooCommerce)
• Troubleshoot and update domains, hosting, and email systems
• Oversee staff email access and cloud files
• Collaborate on flyers, fundraising visuals, and social media posts
