🌿 Park Here, Live Peacefully – Mobile Home Placement by the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™
A Peaceful Native American Land Site for Your Mobile Home
📍 Private, Gated Street in East Waterbury, CT
👋 Hello from Gregory
Hi, I’m Gregory—Chief of the Indigenous Nation behind this project and caretaker of this quiet land site in East Waterbury. We’re just off E. Main Street, close to local stores, gas, and I-84—but tucked away in nature where it’s peaceful and secure.
🏞 Why Genesis Road?
This is more than a parking spot—it’s a thoughtful, community-based place where your trailer or mobile home can rest in nature. Our land is:
✅ Private and Gated – Limited access for security
✅ Wooded and Peaceful – Nature around you
✅ Close to Everything – Shopping, gas, highway access
✅ Native-Owned Land – Cared for with respect and purpose
✅ Security Cameras Coming Soon – Additional peace of mind
🚐 2 Ways to Get Involved
1. Place Your Mobile Home Here
Looking for a spot to live? Bring your trailer or RV and place it directly on the land. We’ll discuss terms that are affordable and personal—no park managers, no corporate fees.
2. Store Your Trailer Here – Help Us Use It
Do you own a trailer but aren’t using it full time? Let us store it (safely and respectfully) on this gated property. In exchange, we’ll maintain it and may use it part-time instead of it sitting idle.
✅ You save money on storage
✅ You help us expand the project
✅ You’re welcome to visit or take it back with notice
🧾 Let’s Talk First
We meet with each person individually before moving forward. No obligation. Just real conversation and mutual respect.

🙏 Thank You for Considering This Native-Owned Land
We’re building something small, kind, and useful—right here in Waterbury. If it feels like the right fit, we’d love to connect.
