🌿 Park Here, Live Peacefully
Mobile Home Placement by the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™
A Nature-Surrounded, Private, and Secure Spot to Call Home – Right in East Waterbury, CT
👋 Welcome
Hi, I’m Gregory, Chief of the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™, and one of the stewards of a beautiful stretch of private land we call Genesis Road™ – right here in East Waterbury.
We’re just off East Main Street, close to shops, restaurants, and I-84, but nestled in a quiet, wooded setting that feels like a world away. Our street is private, gated, and protected, and we’re inviting respectful mobile home owners to become part of something different – a peaceful community on Native-led land.
🛖 What We’re Offering
We’re opening up a few select spots for mobile home placement as part of our land-use initiative. This isn’t a typical trailer park or commercial lot – it’s Indigenous land, managed with care and intention, offering you peace of mind, a sense of privacy, and direct connection to nature.
✅ Your Two Options
1. Place Your Trailer Here
• Bring your own mobile home
• Rent the land month-to-month or through a custom agreement
• Water, electric access, and future infrastructure in progress
• Great for elders, minimalists, or anyone seeking calm in nature
• Ask about our Subject-To Deal option (if you’re trying to sell or relocate your trailer)
2. Let Us Use Your Trailer While You Store It
• Got a trailer you’re not using?
• Let us house it at no storage cost to you
• We’ll keep it secure, lightly used for local needs or guests
• Helps you avoid expensive storage fees
• You retain full ownership
